EASTMOOR FOOTBALL CLUB

Eastmoor FC was founded in 1978 under the name of Eastmoor Youth Club. We joined the Wakefield and District 4th division in 1980-81 season and quickly rose through the leagues and formed a reserve team in the '89-90 season as the first team progressed into the West Yorkshire League. We won the West Yorkshire 4th Division in there very first season and then went on to join the West Riding County Amateur League in '90-91 season. Eastmoor Reserves also enjoyed a successful spell in the West Riding County Am Reserve League winning the League Cup in the 1999/2000 season under the guidance of Phil Dickerson, the youngest manager to win a trophy at the club at the time.
